Beginning in May, 2019, the LIAN INSTITUTE will conduct a 2-year program on Jing Fang with Suzanne Robidoux. The course takes place over 16 seminar days, broken up into four blocks of four days, each running from Thursday to Sunday. Single parts of the program (days/weekends) can be booked alternatively.

Jing Fang 2, November 8-11, 2019: Internal taiyin and yangming syndromes and formula patterns
Jing Fang 3, May 8-11, 2020: Half-external, half-internal shaoyang and jueyin syndromes and formula patterns

This course will give you a comprehensive understanding of the principles of the six syndromes and the associated herbal formulas according to Jing Fang (classical formulas according to Zhang Zhong Jing).
The classical six syndromes of Zhang Zhong Jing is considered the original basis of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), therefore it is referred to as a classical system of Jing Fang. This knowledge leads to a better understanding of modern TCM. Before 1960, this principle was widely used in China. Nowadays, it is being taught more at most TCM schools worldwide.
This foundation course enables the participants to gain an expert understanding of the six syndromes and to successfully apply this in everyday practice with acupuncture and herbal formulas. The participants learn 100 herbs and 130 herbal formulas according to Jing Fang. Possible adjustments of the dosages and formula modifications will also be discussed in detail. If there is sufficient interest, there is always the possibility to carry out a clinically related advanced course with the most common conditions seen in clinical practice (gynaecology, dermatology, ENT, pain, neurology, psychological patterns, intestinal complaints, respiratory problems).
